Step 1
We come and look
A free visit with samples in hand. We measure every room, check what is under the old floor where we can, and tell you what we find.
Step 2
You get a written price
One number, with the prep written into it. If something under the floor could change that number, we say so at the estimate, not on install day.
Step 3
We install
Furniture moved, old floor out and hauled away, subfloor prepared, plank laid, trim and transitions finished. Most rooms are done in a day.
Step 4
We stand behind it
A one-year workmanship warranty from us. The plank carries its own manufacturer warranty.
Why vinyl plank, and not something else
It is the floor most people end up choosing once they have seen the alternatives priced. Here is what it actually does well.
Spills sit on top of it
The surface is waterproof, so what lands on it wipes off instead of soaking in. Kitchens, bathrooms and basements are all fair game.
It survives pets and kids
A tough wear layer takes claws, grit and dropped toys far better than carpet or a softwood floor, and it does not hold smells.
It looks like wood for less
You get the look of a wood floor without the price of hardwood, and without sanding and refinishing it every few years.
Cleaning is a sweep and a mop
No shampooing, no special polish, no refinishing. Warmer and quieter underfoot than tile, too.
Where it is not the answer. Vinyl plank is not real wood, and it will not add value to a house the way a solid hardwood floor can. If you are restoring a period home or you want a floor you can sand back in twenty years, say so at the estimate and we will tell you straight.

- Yes. Luan, patching and self-leveling over a sound subfloor are written into your price before any work starts. The one thing that is not is rotted boards or joists, and if we find any we show you before anything else happens.
- Do you take up and haul away the old floor?
- Yes. We pull up carpet, pad, tack strip, old vinyl or laminate and haul it all away. It is part of the written price, not an extra.
- Do I have to move my furniture?
- No. We move standard furniture at no charge.
- How long does vinyl plank installation take?
- Most rooms are done in a day. Qualifying projects can start as soon as the next day, subject to materials, site readiness and the schedule.
- Do you install vinyl plank on stairs?
