We take the old floor away

Carpet, pad, tack strip, old vinyl. Pulled up, hauled off, not left at the curb.

We move the furniture

Standard furniture is moved at no charge. Pool tables, pianos and safes are priced up front if they need to change rooms.

We fix what is under it

Luan, patching and self-leveling over a sound subfloor are part of the quoted price, not a surprise on install day.
