About The Floor Guys You will always know who is in your house.
The Floor Guys (thefloorguysmi.com) installs luxury vinyl plank flooring in Metro Detroit, across Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Washtenaw counties. The same person quotes your floor, lays it and picks up the phone afterwards. No salesperson on commission, no call centre, and no crew you have never met turning up in your hallway.
Why we started this
Years of installing floors for other companies teaches you where the job goes wrong for the customer. Almost always it is the same moment: the old floor comes up, something underneath needs work, and nobody warned them. The installer is left explaining a number he did not set.
We set the number ourselves, and we set it before the floor comes up.
